At SwarnSakshi Foods, all our products are handmade and perishable, so we do not accept returns once delivered.

Replacement is allowed only if the wrong product has been delivered.

How to Request a Replacement:

Raise your request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at

8263830311 or email us at info@swarnsakshifoods.com.

Provide your Order ID and share clear photos/videos of the product received.

The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Once verified, the correct product will be shipped within 1-2 working days at no extra cost.

Important Note:

No returns or refunds, or replacements will be accepted for any other reason (including tase preferences, minor variations, or opened packages).

Final approval of replacement requests rests with SwarnSakshi Foods after verification.
