 1. Purpose

This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, handling, and delivery procedures followed by SwarnSakshi Foods for all customer orders placed via:

– WhatsApp

– Instagram and Facebook pages

2. Scope

This policy applies to all food products manufactured, packed, and dispatched by SwarnSakshi Foods across India.

3. Order Processing Time

3.1 All products listed are ready stock.

3.2 Orders received before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

3.3 Orders received after 2:00 PM are processed the next working day.

3.4 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Method

4.1 All orders are shipped through trusted third-party logistics partners via BigShip.

4.2 Tracking details are provided to customers once the order is dispatched.

4.3 Delivery timelines depend on the destination pin code and courier partner.

5. Shipping Charges

5.1 FREE SHIPPING is applicable to orders ₹499 and above.

5.2 Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹60, payable by the customer.

5.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Only Prepaid Orders are accepted.

6.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6.3 Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Delivery Timelines

7.1 Standard delivery time-frame is 56 working days, depending on location.

7.2 Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier partner issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

7.3 SwarnSakshi Foods is not liable for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.

8. Packaging & Quality

8.1 All products are packed in sealed, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness.

8.2 Every parcel is checked for safety and quality before dispatch.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

9.1 Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

9.2 If a shipment returns due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or rejection at delivery, reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.

10. Damaged / Lost Parcels

10.1 If a parcel is found damaged or tampered with:

-Customer must record a video

-Share picture/video within 24 hours of delivery

10.2 Replacement or refund is processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Shipping for Social Media Orders

11.1 Orders placed via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp follow the same shipping rules as website orders.

11.2 Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are the same across all platforms.

11.3 Payment link will be shared, and order is dispatched only after payment confirmation.
