1. Purpose

This Return & Refund Policy defines the conditions and process for returning products purchased from SwarnSakshi Foods, ensuring fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to all orders placed through:

– Our official website (www.swarnsakshifoods.com)

– WhatsApp orders

– Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product.

The product was damaged during transit.

The product expired or is spoiled upon arrival.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

4. Conditions for Return / Replacement

The product must be in unused condition.

The original packaging must be intact.

Returns are not accepted for taste preferences or change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or tampered food packs

Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage

Products purchased during promotional sale/offer

6. Return / Replacement Process

To request a return, please share the following within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Order ID
  2. Product name
  3. Photos/Videos of the issue
  4. Reason for return

7. Refund Method

Once the return request is approved:

A replacement product will be shipped, OR

A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 working days depending on the bank.

8. Shipping Charges for Returns

If the issue is from our side (wrong / damaged / spoiled item):

Return shipping is free.

If the customer wants to return for any other reason (not eligible cases):

Return shipping is not covered by us.
